A little less than a year ago I read “The artist’s way” by Julia Cameron and started my morning pages which is writing 3 pages by hand every morning of whatever is going through my mind. This ritual has turned into one of the best therapies I’ve ever done.
The first months were like emptying sewage, awful and embarrassing things were pouring out of me, parts of my shadow that maybe I’ve been avoiding.
But in time, little sparks of wisdom started to apear. Sparks that surprise me. Who wrote this? Where did this come from?
I believe that god lives in every single cell of our bodies and of everything that surrounds us (especially nature) and if we pay attention we are able to hear them.
The word “god” has always made me uncomfortable, it’s too charged with human traits, there’s too much violence linked to it, which is why I like to call them “cells” and that is what this series of embroidered words is all about: whispers of wisdom from my cells.
